This prompt seeks to help you confront your fears and imagine productive responses to them in a safe, controlled way. What coping mechanisms can you use? How would it feel to be successful? This can make the hypothetical situations less threatening, and hopefully, your real fears as well. Themes explored include fear confrontation, imaginative coping and resilience.
