Record how you think others perceive your anxiety.

It can be cathartic to reflect on how you believe others view your anxiety. Look at how friends, family, and colleagues respond to your symptoms and your coping strategies. Discuss whether these external perceptions have any effect on your anxiety and in what ways. This exercise encourages self-reflection and the observation of your environment, potentially leading to further strategies for managing anxiety.
