Giving a face to your anxiety can help in separating yourself from the fear it brings and allows us to address it directly. Detail the impacts, feelings and struggles it’s caused and express your thoughts towards it. This exercise can provide a therapeutic release of pent-up feelings and insights into your anxiety.
