Write about a time when you were alone, whether by choice or not, and explore the effects it had on you.

Being alone is often scary for those dealing with codependency. However, solitude can be a healing journey, where you reconnect with oneself. Gently reflect on your solitude moments. What did you do? How did you feel? Were you uncomfortable, or did you find comfort in your own company? Use this exercise to evaluate and cultivate a relationship with yourself.
