Anxiety can say a lot about us— our fears, triggers, reactions, and how we cope. By artistically or metaphorically ‘mapping’ your experiences, you can visualize your journey with anxiety. This way, you clearly mark down and confront factors contributing to your anxiety; are there patterns? Recurring themes? What strategies have you used for each case?
