Consider what your inner child needs right now, and write about how you’re going to meet those needs.

The inner child in us often holds a lot of our past wounds. Developing awareness of this can facilitate emotional healing. Write about how can you hug, comfort, provide for and listen to your inner child. Engage with the questions: What does your inner child need the most? How can you look after them?
