We often extend kindness and sympathy to friends or loved ones who are struggling, but can be harsh and judgmental towards ourselves. Use this prompt to practice extending the same patience, understanding, and compassion we grant others, towards yourself. Consider aspects of your character you are judgmental about, what advice would you give a friend struggling with the same issues?
