Anxiety Deconstruction

Begin writing about a specific anxious thought, break it apart and analyze each element.

Start with discussing a particular worry or anxiety, and gradually deconstruct it into smaller components. Reflect on the root causes, different facets, and implications of this concern. What instigated it, and how does it affect you? By doing this exercise, participants are expected to gain a better understanding of their anxiety, explore related feelings and possible solutions.
