The Letter of Affirmation

Write a letter to yourself from the perspective of a kind and understanding friend.

It’s easy to be hard on yourself, especially when you’re feeling anxious. Take a step back and imagine what a compassionate friend would tell you in this situation. Write it down as a letter to yourself. This is an excellent practice in self-love and affirmation, as you reassess your feelings and provide comfort to your anxious mind as if you were your best friend.
