Emotional Barometer

Write out a typical day in your life, segmenting it into different parts and narrating the anxiety levels you experience during each.

By documenting a usual day, from beginning to end, you might discover specific times or situations where anxiety strikes. Note how you felt in each of these moments – were they predictable or random? Did certain activities or situations dampen or heighten the anxiety? Breaking down your day like this allows you to understand better when your anxiety tends to flare up and under which circumstances.
