Even the most painful emotions can lead to growth and transformation. Think of a time when you felt a strong negative emotion and reflect on how it affected you. Then, contrast that with how you eventually overcame it, and the positive changes that resulted from that experience. This helps in understanding that even in seemingly negative situations, there’s always some growth or positive change.
