Write about an important conversation you had with the person you’re trying to heal the relationship with.
Think about a quarrel, argument or dialogue which left a significant impact on your relationship with this person. How did it affect your perspective of them? What would you like to change about that conversation if given a chance to speak to them again? This exercise helps you understand the issues that led to the deterioration of the relationship and perspectives that might need reconsideration.
