Write a dialog between you and your anxiety, what would you say? And, what it might answer back?
This is an exercise in personification and introspection. By personifying anxiety, we can strip it off its terror to some degree, making it more tangible and hence, easier to address. What kind of character is your anxiety? Is it a bully? A nagging voice? An anxious child? What does it tell you? And what do you want to tell it back? How does it react? This dialogue could provide interesting clarity about your very personal relationship with Anxiety.
