Create a fictional character who carries your fears or anxieties and write their story.

Even if we’re not novelists, the act of writing fiction can help us externalize our fears, anxieties, or worries, and later analyze them from a detached perspective. This prompt pushes you out of your comfort zone and allows for a deeper level of self-exploration in understanding your feelings and emotions better.
