Describe a situation that made you feel frustrated, angry, or upset, then articulate why you felt that way.

Sometimes we repress and bottle up our negative emotions instead of dealing with them. Unbinding those feelings is key to emotional detoxification. Reflect on a recent situation, describe exactly how it made you feel and why. Try to identify the root cause of those feelings. Did it stir up some past unresolved issues? What can you learn from this and how can you respond differently in the future?
