Compose a letter to a person who you feel has wronged you in the past, without any intention of sending it.

While it’s essential for self-preservation to construct emotional barriers, it’s equally important to let those walls down in a safe environment. Writing a letter to someone who has hurt you will enable you to articulate your feelings without the fear of confrontation, judgement, or any consequences. It will allow you to see your feelings and experiences from a fresh perspective, and may offer some opportunities for self-forgiveness and healing.
