Every day for one week, write down three things you’re grateful for.

This exercise allows you to focus on the positive aspects of your life. Studies have shown that expressing gratitude can improve well-being and counteract negative thoughts and feelings. If you do this long enough, you’re training your brain to seek out and focus on the positive.
