Giving a physical form to your worries can make them feel less overwhelming. List each worry and describe them as a celestial body, giving them traits such as color, brightness, and size. This prompt allows you to visualize your anxiety, assign attributes to your concerns, and in doing so, may help you to dissociate from them to some degree.
