Convert your one fear into a character and describe that character.
This exercise helps children confront their fears by embodying them in a character. By doing so, they can approach their anxieties in a safe and creative way. What would this fear look like? How would they interact and perhaps overcome this fear character? This prompt encourages emotional bravery, problem-solving, and creative exploration.
