Write down a fear or worry that you have and next to it write down three things you can do to combat that fear or worry.

The purpose of this journal prompt is to create a fear-fighting action plan. Identifying your fears allows you to face them head-on, and by listing possible solutions or ways to combat these fears, you’ll feel more prepared when those fears or anxieties creep up. Consider questions such as: Why does this fear cause you worry? How is it currently impacting your life? How will combating this fear improve your daily experiences?
