Write about your worries as if they were physical entities, and describe how you’d make them leave.

Consider your stressors and fears as physical beings. Analyze them, describe them, and then visualize how you’d make them exit your life. This exercise allows you to externalize your anxieties, making them seem less overwhelming and more manageable. Imagine and outline the steps that would be necessary to drive these “creatures” out.
