Choose several colors that you connect with your depression. Then write why these specific colors represent your feelings.

The idea behind this exercise is to make a sensory exploration of your emotional state and integrate art into your self-reflection. Do you see your sorrow as a specific color? Maybe days feel ‘bluer’ or your depression feels ‘greyish’? How does the color alter when your mood changes? By doing this exercise, you may also notice a pattern or a ‘color cycle’ linked to your emotions.
