Choose a iconic piece of fiction and rewrite the synopsis for it in a completely different genre.

When reframing a recognizable piece of fiction in an entirely new genre, you’re encouraged to look at familiar characters, settings, and story arcs in a fresh light. What would happen to a classic romance if it turned into a horror tale? Or how would an action-packed thriller translate into a calm pastoral narrative? This task challenges the writer to not only understand the elements that define different genre but also to inventively utilize and adapt the set structures of a story.
