Create a storyline where the protagonist gets stuck in a time loop, repeating a certain period again and again, and tries to escape from it.

This prompt takes the idea of ‘learning from our mistakes’ to a whole new level. Your protagonist experiences the same series of events countless times. How does the protagonist come to terms with this loop? How does the repetition affect their sanity? What are the sequences that they try to change to escape or modify the outcome?
