Learning from Failure

Think of a time when you failed at something and describe what you learned from that experience.

Failure is a part of life and often serves as a stepping stone to success. Reflect on an incident where you didn’t achieve your desired outcome. Discuss your feelings, what led to that failure, and most importantly, what you learned out of it. This exercise helps build resilience, promotes the idea of learning from mistakes, and fosters growth and improvement.
