Let your thoughts flow without inhibition or structure for a set period of time.

This exercise is inspired by the stream of consciousness technique used by some writers. It provides a setup where you can freely express thoughts, emotions, hopes, anxieties, desires, etc., without judgement or censorship. This unfiltered introspection can reveal patterns, themes and attitudes you hold about yourself, jumpstarting transformative self-reflection.
