Heroes are often seen as persons who possess courage and strength, and who help others even when it’s difficult. Begin by writing about what qualities make a hero, and then recount an experience where you exhibited one or more of these traits. It promotes self-reflection, self-esteem, understanding of one’s strength, and nurtures the thought of doing good to others.
