Sometimes an external viewpoint can offer fresh improvements to our internal struggles. Write a conversation from the perspective of someone who genuinely cares for you, comforting and guiding you through your fear. How would they approach your fear? What words of encouragement would they offer? This prompt helps shift your perspective and potentially reassess your fear, perhaps diminishing its intensity.
