Document your surroundings at a fixed time every day for a week.

This exercise aims to enhance your observational skills and mindfulness. Make a note of the little details that normally go unnoticed: the quality of light, the sound you hear, what people are doing around you. As you draw these daily comparisons, what patterns emerge? How does this increase in awareness affect your overall perspective?
