Create a narrative that connects many memories you had with the deceased.
Pick a series of random memories with your loved one, be they happy, funny, or otherwise emotionally significant. Then put these memories in a sequential order to create a narrative. This exercise takes a fragmented collection of memories and brings cohesion to them, fostering acceptance and cherishable reminiscences.
