This exercise allows you to tap into your strengths by remembering and reliving a time when you felt powerful. Describe in detail the situation, your feelings, and the impact it left on you. Consider the factors that contributed to this feeling of strength and how can you recreate them in your present life. The aim of this exercise is not to confront your weaknesses, but rather, emphasize and affirm your strengths.
