Write about the incident that triggered your PTSD without going into graphic details.

This exercise is designed to allow you to express your emotions about the event in a controlled way. Talking about it can prove therapeutic – be aware of your feelings, reflect on the impact it has had on your life and how you’ve changed since. Always remember to be gentle with yourself during this process.
