Envision a zombie apocalypse ruled by a nurturing but potent “Mother” zombie.
Being the nurturer, does this Mother Zombie possess any unique maternal qualities despite being a zombie? Does she protect the other zombies out of some remnant human instinct or because of a mutated sense of kinship? Does she have the ability to breed new zombies, or is her title more symbolic? It encourages musing over “nurturing vs. nature,” and the inversion of the traditional nurturing, maternal role amidst an end-of-world scenario.
