This prompt allows 6th graders to express their imaginative thinking by creating an entirely new universe. It could be a magical world, a realm of fantasy creatures, or even a new planet in outer space. Encourage vivid descriptions of the landscapes, inhabitants and culture of this alternative reality. Discuss what makes it unique, how life in it differs from ours, and what adventures one might have there.
