Devise a story taking place in a city where time moves differently compared to the outside world.
The city can be moving faster, slower, or even randomly with respect to time. How does this unique characteristic affect the citizens’ lives, communication, or traveling? Do these people age differently? How do they feel about outsiders, if they know about them at all? This prompt lets you play with the concepts of relative time, isolation, and culture differences, and integrate them into memorable world-building.
