The Unsent Letter

Write down the things you wish you could say to a person you’re no longer in contact with but didn’t, bundled in an unsent letter.

This can be therapeutic, as it provides a platform to express unresolved feelings, guilt, gratitude, or love. You can re-examine relationships, confront emotions and gain closure. It opens up potential for poignant narratives and emotional intensity.
