The Sound of Childhood

Try to capture, through poetry, the sounds you associated most with your childhood.

Sounds have an incredible capacity to transport us back to specific moments in time. The distant clang of dinner bells, the laughter booming from your old TV, or the chirping of neighborhood sparrows in the early morning. Amplify these past echoes and explore if there is a metaphor, a message or even a story that lies beneath. Recreate those sounds in words, making every line echo with the rhythms of the past.
