Life isn’t always sunshine and clear skies. Sometimes it takes a storm to bring about growth and renewal. Reflect on a challenging event in your life and the period of renewal that followed it. How did your perspective or situation change? How did you grow as an individual? Did you feel cleansed or rejuvenated afterwards, as if the rain washed away the old, making way for the new?
