Write a letter to your stress and anxiety, acknowledging its presence but also expressing your desire to let it go.

Often, stress and anxiety can feel like they are looming over you. By acknowledging them through writing, you give yourself authorization to face these feelings head-on, which is the first step towards managing them. Express how you feel, why you want to let go, and perhaps even thank your anxiety for making you stronger. Remember, this letter won’t be sent so feel free to be as raw and honest as you need.
