Write about a recent emotion you’ve felt strongly post-recovery, and describe it as if it were a person.
Emotions are powerful and often dictate our behaviors. In recovery, it’s important to understand and process these emotions healthily. If your emotion were a person, what would they say? What do they look like? What’s their nature? By personifying your emotion, you’re giving yourself a different perspective to understand it better, encouraging emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
