Personalizing Sports

If you could create your own sport, what would it be? Describe the rules, how it’s played, and why others would find it interesting.

Sports have been around for centuries, but who’s to say we can’t invent new ones? This imaginative prompt allows students to create and design their own sport – the rules, the objectives, the players. This allows for inventiveness, creativity and imaginative problem-solving skills while teaching them to consider practicality.
