Design an imaginary kingdom or world and describe the fantastic characters, magical creatures, and strange landscapes you would find there.

This prompt encourages a higher level of creativity and fantasy in early narrative writing. It allows children to understand world-building, character creation, and the freedom of limitless imagination. As well as improving descriptive capabilities, it hints at underlying values and aspirations, as children often design worlds reflective of their own dreams and hopes.
