As a student, you have a unique perspective on how things are run in your school. Write an essay on what changes you would make if you were the principal of your school.
Look at your school through the prism of a decision-maker. What are the practices you appreciate, and which areas do you think need improvement? It could be related to academics, extra-curricular activities, robust student support systems, teacher-student relationships or infrastructure. Such introspection enhances critical thinking, and helps you understand the dynamics of administration.
