Write about the physical trait you perceive as your biggest flaw and then, write about a positive attribute about that trait.
This exercise is about not only understanding how we perceive ourselves but also redefining our perspective towards our bodies. By focusing on the ‘flaw’ we dislike the most, we confront our insecurities head-on. However, in drawing attention to the positives inherent in the same trait, we seek to rewire our thinking in a more body-positive direction.
