Draw or describe a recurrent dream or a very memorable dream from your childhood.
Remembering and interpreting dreams can be an incredibly revealing process. Focus on one particular dream from your childhood – it could be a frequent nightmare, a loving dream, or even a mysterious one that only left vague impressions – then try to extrapolate it on paper in as detailed manner as possible. Was there any perceived meaning? How artfully can you recreate that scene with words or drawings? This exercise can foster connections between your unconscious mind and waking life, and change your perspective about your imaginative realm.
