Many of us encounter variety of cultures, whether through travel, local events, language or culinary experiences. This exercise encourages you to think deeply about these experiences, what made them stand out, how they challenged your beliefs and perhaps broadened your understanding of the world. The focus is on personal growth, cultural understanding, and social awareness.
