This exercise is not only a creative outlet but also a chance to address the lack of company. Use your imagination to draw or describe an ideal company – it could be a human, an animal, or a mythical creature, anything at all. Creating their backstory enables us to realize what we miss or look for in companionship, promoting better understanding of our personal needs and emotions.
